M&D Furniture & Shopfitters, a company established in 1996 by and solely owned by Luis Baptista Caetano, who has been in the industry for the past 40 years. The company specialises in custom made furniture, shopfitting, joinery and on site fitting. M&D prides itself in manufacturing the highest quality custom made furniture for home, office and retail outlets and the installation of the best quality shopfitting.

Projects
M&D is usually commisioned by interior designers & architects, such as Summit Designs, Platinum Interiors, Innovations, Indigo and others. Amongst the projects that M&D has succesfully completed is the Microsoft Building in Sunninghill, Impala Platinum Building in Houghton, JD Headquaters in Braamfontein. We also supply the shopfitting for JDG outlets, such as Bradlows, Barnetts, Morkels, Russels, Price ‘n Pride, Joshua Doore and Electric Express, throughout South Africa.

A benefit to our clients is M&D’s good service. Our factory of 2500 m2, offers a staff compliment of over 30 members, 1 off 4 ton truck, 3 off Hyndai work vehicles. We are equipped to handle Medium to Large contracts with all Machinery required to fulfil your company’s needs.
